She is starting to have more wakeful periods through the day and likes to law on her playmat and watch her star with plays music and lights up. She also doesn't mind her "tummy time." It is amazing to watch her change literally overnight.

Scott is also trying to adjust to going back to work. He started back last Monday, but it has been difficult with the nighttime feedings (he wants to help out with these). I found him like this the other day.

Yea for new pics! She IS growing, and we agree that she's definitely a cutie! We, too, have been watching anxiously for an update, so thanks for sharing. I'm so glad things are going well for you. Keep us posted about your trip north later this fall, and tell Scott to hang in there -- that ajustment period is only about 20 years (and counting) for us! It's just different things that will make you lose sleep later -- ha!

YEAH!!!! New pics!!!! It's not like you've been busy or anything!! She is so adorable. I love the picture of she and Scott too. Ditto what Cyril and Terri said. The adjustment is life-long!! We are so happy for you guys! Keep us posted on EVERYTHING!! Well.....you don't have to be quite as specific as Mindy was with the baby ruth in the tub, but everything else is great. Take care!! I'm glad to see an update. I have been keeping up anyway, of course, but this is great too. I know you have so much extra time. Ha!!! I can remember "sleeping" the same way with Scott in my lap, waking up surprised that we were in the chair instead of in the bed and amazed at what time it might be! She is so precious and beautiful and we are so proud of her, and of you too. What exciting and unexpected experiences lie ahead for you. Love you, Mimi
I'll join the crowd by saying I have been checking daily for updates and am so glad to see new pictures! She is sooooo beautiful! I think everyone has a picture of "Dad sleeping with the infant". They are all so cute and I'm so proud of Dads these days who WANT to participate to the point of exhaustion! Keep us posted! We love her so much already!
