We have had VBS all week this week. Addy wasn't too sure about it the first few days, but then did wonderfully. I think going to VBS this week has helped with her independence and playing by herself. She has been a very different baby this week. It is really nice to be able to leave the room for a few seconds and not have a screaming child.
Also, this week Addy has been taking a few steps by herself. She has also started bear crawling this week. This new mobility may also be contributing to her newfound independence. I'll try to get a good video of her walking and post it later.
Also this week, Addy is trying new words. Up until now, it has just been mama, dada, baba. But she has started saying ball, baby, bottle, and oh-man (she hears Peyton say this and has picked up on it -- it's really funny).
So, this week has been full of new things and changes. Needless to say, Addy was worn out and slept 13 hours last night and for the first time since she was born, I got to sleep until 9:00 a.m :)

Boy, are you in for it now. Those days of quiet play are over. She will be in to everything all at once. Isn't it just amazing to watch them grow and learn? I am fascinated by their learning process! She is adorable -- always has been and gets more so every day! Can't wait to meet her in person! Love you guys!
Yeah for sleep!! I have yet to have a night like that, but maybe one day it will come! Addison is so cute! 'm impressed by all those words!
She is so adorable (as I have said before, I think, ha!) Can't believe all the things she is doing. I would love to hear her say "oh man". I have heard Peyton say it so I can imagine what she sounds like. Can see her sleeping more all the time now. But thirteen straight hours is really a bonus for you. Bless her heart, she is a winner for sure.
Will write again when I get home.
Love you,
GG
